Every purchased gift includes a private hosted link for 12 months from purchase or delivery and a permanent downloadable keepsake containing the purchaser-provided letters, photos, scrapbook pages where included, and access instructions.

Gifts are assembled in the guided creation flow before purchase and delivery. We do not offer unlimited post-purchase editing at launch.

Before hosted access ends, your private project shows a reminder to save or download the keepsake. Eligible prior purchasers of qualifying gift tiers can later add Keepsake Continuation for $9/year to extend hosted access and return-to-build capability for another 12 months. It is not checkout-enabled until the matching platform product exists.

Personal content stays private to the purchaser/recipient experience and the people you choose to share with. We do not promise automated reminder emails.
